Description:
A key component of every comprehensive change management plan is the communications plan… and, you’ve done the work to identify stakeholders, outlined the case for change and developed key messages to answer “WIIFM.” Your communication pieces are ready… or are they?

Effective communications is not a one-time event or an isolated tactic in the change management plan. The communications pieces must tie together and more importantly, tell a story to keep the audience engaged and increase the willingness to move through change.

In this session, you’ll:

  • Understand the difference between the change management plan and the communications plan
  • Learn about the four overlooked aspects of change communications
  • Understand the importance of story telling and having a clear call to action
  • Work with the “WHO” tool to help with the creation of your change communications
