Partnering is a structured approach to creating excellent, productive, co-creative relationships within a change project and in organizations. The term was coined by the Army Corps of Engineers when they realized that leaving relationships to chance in multi-stakeholder projects was at the heart of wasted time, money, and attrition (personnel were leaving due to painful project relationships/culture). In this webinar, attendees will learn what Partnering is, how it works, what the conditions for success are, and how they can initiate Partnering as a powerful driver to achieving desired culture - not just among their project communities, but in the broader organization as well.

Learning Objectives:

  1. After this webinar you will be able to spot and resolve competing agendas in change projects;
  2. How to identify their state and how this impacts relationships and culture; and,
  3. Attendees will be able to see the connection between wasted time, effort, money and poor relationships in projects.
